Position Overview:

Training on key cutting, fob programming, sales, and customer service — no prior experience necessary Bonuses and incentives for exceeding sales goals Room for career progression within a rapidly expanding organization Local travel within Fairfax, Sterling, Chantilly, Leesburg, Winchester and surrounding areas.

Typical Responsibilities:

Learn to cut, program, and duplicate vehicle keys and fobs Assist clients with quotes and sales professionally Build positive relationships with customers through excellent service Keep accurate digital records of sales, inventory, and key production Engage in practical tasks such as VIN retrieval, testing keys, and hardware handling

Qualifications :

Some college or equivalent experience level required Reliable, proactive, and motivated to learn new skills Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Dependable transportation to serve Centreville, Sterling, Chantilly, Leesburg, Fairfax, Winchester and surrounding areas. Comfortable with physical tasks including entering/exiting vehicles and testing keys
