Join a growing home improvement company focused on solving real problems for homeowners across Northern Virginia and Maryland. You'll meet with pre-qualified customers, diagnose issues, and design solutions that protect and improve their homes. Who We Are Fortress Foundation Solutions is the region's leading provider of basement waterproofing, foundation repair, concrete repair, concrete leveling, and crawl space repair. We provide free, no-obligation estimates to homeowners across Northern Virginia and parts of Maryland, with additional service coverage in markets such as Lynchburg, Bethesda, Frederick, and Charlottesville. Our team handles everything in-house—from lead qualification and appointment setting to installation—so our sales team can stay focused on what they do best: meeting with homeowners and closing projects. You'll be supported by a dedicated appointment center, experienced crews, and a proven process designed to help you succeed. The role is performance-driven, but you won't be figuring it out on your own—there's a clear approach to getting started and building consistency over time. From initial training through ongoing support, we invest in helping you get up to speed so you can start producing, earning, and making an impact for the customers we serve as soon as possible. What You'll Do Meet with homeowners at pre-qualified appointments Carefully examine the customer's home to accurately diagnose foundation, basement, or crawl space issues Design and present solutions that fit the homeowner's needs Build trust, follow up, and close projects Stay organized and manage your pipeline using our CRM What We're Looking For 2+ years of recent, proven outside sales experience Strong communication skills and ability to build trust quickly Comfortable working in a performance-based, commission-driven environment Ability to enter crawlspaces and basements as part of the inspection process Comfortable walking, climbing ladders, kneeling, and crawling when needed Valid driver's license with a safe driving record Willingness to complete a background check and drug screening If you're comfortable in a role where your results directly impact your income, we'd love to speak with you.
