$14-$15 per hour, with opportunities for growth based on performance Position Overview A growing local company is seeking a motivated and dependable Inside Sales / Appointment Setting Representative to join our in-person team. This position is responsible for contacting potential customers, following up on leads, gathering basic information, and scheduling appointments for our sales team. The ideal candidate will be comfortable speaking with people over the phone, staying organized, and representing the company in a professional and positive manner. We are looking for someone who wants more than just a job. This is a great opportunity for a person who is ready to come in, show what they can do, learn the business, and grow based on performance, reliability, and results. Responsibilities Contact potential customers by phone, text, and/or email Follow up with leads and customer inquiries in a timely manner Schedule appointments for sales representatives Gather and enter accurate customer information Maintain detailed notes and appointment records Provide basic information to customers in a professional manner Meet daily and weekly call, follow-up, and appointment-setting goals Communicate effectively with team members and management Maintain a positive, professional, and customer-focused attitude Qualifications Previous call center, customer service, sales, or appointment-setting experience is helpful, but not required Strong communication skills Accurately enter customer information and appointment details into the system Comfortable making outbound calls Positive attitude and willingness to learn Dependable, punctual, and professional Basic computer and data-entry skills Familiarity with CRM systems Ability to stay organized and follow up consistently Coachable and open to feedback Motivated to grow and improve What We Are Looking For We are looking for someone who is ready to work hard, take initiative, and show us what they can do.
