Description:
Responsibilities Answer phone calls promptly and courteously. Assist with customer inquiries and administrative duties. Maintain a professional and organized reception area. Support dealership staff with communication and clerical tasks as needed. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role preferred (automotive experience a plus). Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills. Professional appearance and demeanor with a friendly and positive attitude. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times. Requirements:
ADA Essential Duties Ability to stand and walk for extended periods while assisting customers. Ability to sit, bend, and reach during vehicle demonstrations and deliveries.
