Renovation Marketing Pros is a B2B growth company based in Northern Virginia. We build structured referral and partnership systems for some of the top home service companies in the DMV — painting companies, countertop showrooms, cabinet distributors, roofing, HVAC, flooring, and more. Our clients grow because of the relationships we build for them in the field. That's where you come in. We're expanding. We're adding 10-15 new clients by end of summer and we need one sharp, high-energy person to be the face of that growth — driving to businesses, walking in with confidence, starting real conversations, and booking meetings that turn into closed deals. You won't be cold calling from a desk. You'll be out in the field, building a network, learning how businesses actually grow, and getting paid every time you set an appointment that moves us forward. What You'll Do Drive to targeted businesses across Northern Virginia and introduce Renovation Marketing Pros Walk in, start conversations, and build rapport with owners and decision-makers Set qualified appointments for our leadership team to close Attend networking events on our behalf (all fees covered by us) Log every visit and update CRM (Monday.com) after each outing Share your daily outreach plan with the team before going out
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, anytime between 9 AM-3 PM (flexible within that window — we care about results, not a rigid clock-in) Pay & Compensation $20/hour base pay $40 bonus for every appointment set $0.30/mile mileage reimbursement for all outreach driving All networking event fees covered by RMP Management path: Prove yourself and step into client management. Managing 5 clients = $3,000+/month minimum in recurring income — on top of your hourly and appointment bonuses. This is a real, high-ticket track for the right person. Your First Week You'll learn everything — our company, our clients, our pitch, how to walk into any business with confidence, how to handle objections, and how to set a quality appointment. Monday to Friday, 9 AM-3 PM ( 15 Hours minimum )
Location:
Northern Virginia — must be able to drive to businesses daily. This is not a remote role.
Experience:
Sales or outreach experience preferred, And if you have any knowledge in the Construction Industry that is a big plus!
