At Jakari Restoration, we believe exterior remodeling should do more than improve a house — it should improve the way people live in it. From beautiful new windows to custom decks and relaxing sunrooms, we help homeowners create spaces that are more comfortable, functional, and enjoyable year-round. We are looking for a motivated, relationship-driven Exterior Remodeling Consultant to join our growing team in Northern Virginia. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who: enjoys working with homeowners values relationships over pressure tactics and wants to build a long-term career with a family-run company that genuinely cares about its people. Compensation & Benefits $700/week paid training for the first 4 weeks $700/week draw against commissions for the following 60 days Transition to full commission once established and producing consistently Gas reimbursement Professional learning allowance Access to networking groups and business development opportunities Manufacturer incentive trips Access to company truck available after probationary period Uncapped earning potential Realistic earnings: $80K

What You'll Be Doing Meet with homeowners to present remodeling and exterior living solutions Focus heavily on

• replacement windows, custom decks, sunrooms and exterior upgrades Build relationships and generate opportunities through: networking, referrals, self-generated business and company-provided leads Educate homeowners on products, design options, and project possibilities Maintain pipeline and follow-up activity using CRM systems Represent the company professionally within the community Help guide customers from consultation through signed agreement This is a consultative sales role focused much more on relationship-building.

What We're Looking For:

Prior sales experience preferred Home improvement or in-home sales experience is highly desirable Experience with: windows, decking, sunrooms, remodeling, outdoor living or exterior products is a major plus Strong communication and relationship-building skills Self-motivated and comfortable working independently Professional appearance and demeanor Coachable mindset and willingness to learn Valid driver's license and reliable transportation We are also open to strong sales professionals from other industries who know how to hustle, build trust, and follow through.
