Key Responsibilities Greet customers and provide a professional, welcoming experience Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate vehicle options Conduct test drives and clearly present vehicle features and benefits Actively follow up with leads via phone, text, and email to drive conversions Manage and track leads using CRM systems Negotiate and close deals effectively while maximizing sales opportunities Coordinate with the banks to support customer approvals Maintain ongoing communication with new and existing clients Stay informed on inventory, pricing, and current promotions Assist with inventory organization and lot presentation Contribute to team goals and overall dealership success Qualifications Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills Proven ability to manage follow-ups and close deals consistently Experience with CRM systems (DealerCenter or similar preferred) Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and highly organized Professional appearance and positive attitude Reliable and punctual Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus Compensation Flexible pay structure: Base + Commission Performance-based bonuses and incentives High earning potential with strong lead flow
