Closing Manager

The Home Doctor is one of the top-performing exterior remodeling companies in the DC Metro area, and we are looking for a Closing Manager to take our sales team to the next level. This is not a desk job. This is a leader-of-producers role for someone who knows how to close deals, coach others to close at a high level, and drive accountability across a sales organization. What You'll Do Lead, coach, and develop a team of in-home sales representatives Ride along on appointments and help close deals in the home Improve pitch rates, closing percentages, and average deal size Hold the team accountable to performance metrics and standards Train and reinforce sales systems, scripts, and processes Work directly with ownership and leadership to scale revenue What We're Looking For Proven experience closing high-ticket deals (home improvement preferred) Strong leadership presence — someone reps respect and follow Ability to coach, motivate, and hold people accountable Data-driven mindset (understands KPIs like close rate, revenue per lead, etc.) High energy, competitive, and results-oriented Compensation & Benefits $100,000 - $250,000+ income potential W-2 position Full benefits package Paid Time Off (PTO) Performance-based bonuses Clear path to senior leadership roles Why The Home Doctor?
