What You'll Do Support the Private Dining & Event Sales Team with day-to-day operations Assist with client communications and event inquiries Help coordinate event logistics and planning details Support lead generation and sales initiatives Assist with social media, marketing projects, and promotional efforts Conduct research and help maintain event and client databases Provide exceptional customer service to prospective and existing clients Collaborate with multiple departments to ensure seamless event execution Participate in special projects and gain exposure to venue operations What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree (or currently pursuing a degree) in Hospitality, Event Management, Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent organizational and time-management abilities Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities Professional and polished interpersonal skills Self-motivated with the ability to work independently Strong attention to detail and commitment to excellence Experience in hospitality, customer service, student organizations, internships, volunteer work, or event planning is a plus Proficiency in Microsoft Office, social media platforms, email communication, and internet research Why Join Us?
