Sales & Customer Relations Representative

Overview Our team is growing, and we're currently looking for motivated individuals who enjoy working with people and want to build a long-term career in sales, customer relations, and leadership development. This is a full-time, in-person position working directly with customers in a retail environment. No previous sales experience is required — we provide hands-on training and ongoing mentorship. We're looking for individuals with strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced team environment. Responsibilities Engage with customers in a professional and friendly retail setting Educate customers on available products and services Build positive customer relationships through strong communication Assist with customer questions and provide product solutions Work closely with team members and leadership to meet company goals Maintain professionalism and strong customer service standards Participate in daily training and team development meetings Qualifications Strong communication and people skills Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales experience is a plus but not required Willingness to learn and grow professionally Reliable transportation required Full-time availability preferred
