Business Development & Bid Coordinator Law Enforcement / First Responder Sales

$60,000-$70,000 (plus commission)

Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented professional with experience in the law enforcement or first responder sector to support business development, bid submissions, and client engagement. This role is ideal for someone who understands how agencies operate, is comfortable navigating procurement processes, and enjoys building relationships with law enforcement and first responder organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify, track, and evaluate bid opportunities (RFPs, RFQs, eBuy, state/local bids) Prepare and submit bid responses in a timely and compliant manner Build and maintain relationships with law enforcement agencies, departments, and procurement officials Conduct outreach to generate new opportunities and grow existing accounts Represent the company in meetings, demos, and industry events Coordinate internally to gather pricing, product details, and required documentation for submissions Maintain a pipeline of opportunities and provide regular updates on status and strategy

Qualifications:

Prior experience in law enforcement, military, or first responder environment strongly preferred Familiarity with government procurement processes (federal, state, or local) is a major plus Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple opportunities at once Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Basic understanding of tactical, protective, or first responder equipment is preferred Self-starter with the ability to identify and pursue opportunities independently

Pay:

$60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
