WHAT YOU'LL DO
— Own B2B sales relationships — prospecting, site surveys, and closing new business — Manage customer relationships from first conversation through final installation — Participate in signage installation in the field — Engage in sign fabrication processes in the shop. — Collaborate across departments on projects of all scales — Contribute ideas that improve quality and efficiency
WHAT YOU BRING
— Hands-on signage and graphics industry experience — Comfort building client relationships and driving new business — Working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator — Familiarity with installation techniques and best practices — Knowledge of fabrication methods and materials — Strong communication skills and a self- starter mindset
ABOUT THE SALES COMPONENT
This is not a high-pressure, quota-driven sales role. But it does require someone who is genuinely comfortable starting conversations, building relationships with local businesses, and following through. Our work sells itself — you'll be the person who opens the door and sees the project through. The ideal candidate doesn't need to come from a sales background — but they can't be afraid of one. If you've ever turned a client conversation into a long-term relationship, you'll feel right at home.

$50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
