This position plays a critical role in reducing friction across commercial processes by anticipating challenges, addressing root causes, and implementing sustainable solutions. Success in this position requires a strong commitment to our team's core priorities of Service, Accuracy, and Speed —providing exceptional support, ensuring data and communication are reliably precise, and timely execution to keep the sales organization operating efficiently. The Sales Efficiency Coordinator independently leads initiatives and projects from concept through execution, proficiently manages a wide variety of activities, and communicates effectively across a corporate platform, including sales leadership and cross functional stakeholders. This role will operate with minimal supervision while exercising sound judgment, maintaining confidentiality, and demonstrating discretion. The overall focus of the Sales Efficiency Coordinator is to optimize processes, eliminate bottlenecks, and drive tool adoption and effectiveness, resulting in improved efficiency for the commercial team.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES
Resolve customer challenges (30%) by leading cross-functional initiatives to proactively identify systemic customer challenges, perform root cause analysis, and sustain process improvements that reduce recurring issues and improve customer experience. Lead cross-functional root cause analysis Own implementation of process improvements and best practices Encourage creation of standard work Lead conference performance analysis (25%) , synthesizing data into actionable insights and reports to support quarterly sales leadership review. Develop a performance insight summary Translate data to recommend actions Optimize the Purchase Order (PO) renewal process and function as the primary point of contact to resolve PO issues in web-invoiced customers (15%) , ensuring timely resolution and a positive customer experience. Use innovation, automation, and technology to create a PO renewal workflow Drive proactive risk mitigation for expiring customer purchase orders Partner with Sales, Operations, and Finance to improve invoicing accuracy Support pricing initiatives (15%) , collaborating with price analyst and support functions to improve accuracy and reliability of price forecast analytics. Become a price processing subject matter expert Validate predictive price forecast and trends Own and continuously improve onboarding experience for recent sales associates (10%) , ensuring a smooth transition into the business by sending onboarding packages with safety gear and equipment, coordinating initial training, and becoming the primary point of contact for the first month of employment. Design, optimize, and lead end-to-end onboarding process for new sales associates Improve onboarding standard work Support sales leadership by tracking completion of sales training requirements (5%) . Proactively communicate training deadlines Design and implement tracking methods Serve as a subject-matter expert for commercial tools by ensuring data accuracy, performing light troubleshooting, driving adoption and user effectiveness, and training commercial team on using digital tools effectively. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree preferred Minimum 3+ years relevant experience

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An associate's position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. The compensation range for this role is $82,000 - $92,000 USD per year. This job is also eligible for Bonus Pay. We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees.
