Outside Sales Representative

JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking an enthusiastic Outside Sales Representative who will be responsible for building relationships with clients and presenting roofing, gutters, and siding solutions. Also, guiding customers through the entire sales process. If you enjoy helping clients as well as working in a fast-paced and goal-oriented environment, this role is for you!

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Customer Service Engage with clients in a professional, positive, approachable, and respectful manner. Assist customers with product inquiries by providing in-depth roofing, gutters, and siding knowledge and makes suggestions based on their needs. Present solutions with clarity and confidence. Handle customer concerns, ensuring a high level of satisfaction by resolving issues promptly. Sales and Product Promotion Manage the full sales cycle, from first contact to project completion. Generate and pursue new sales opportunities such as door-to-door visits, referrals, and networking. Conduct roofing, siding, and gutter inspections and provide accurate estimates. Inform customers about promotions, special offers, and loyalty programs to enhance sales. Build trust and long-term relationships in the community. Project Management Managing various projects simultaneously, ensuring effective communication with office personnel, field team, and customers. Conduct regular on-site visits until project completion and final payment is processed.

Education/Experience:

High School or GED. Previous roofing sales experience is preferred, but not required. We value attitude and drive just as much.

Preferred Skillset:

Bilingual (Fluent in English and Spanish). General knowledge and competence in the roofing and or construction industries.

Essential Skillset:

Highly motivated and goal-oriented. Must have strong verbal and written communication skills. Must have strong interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to connect with people in a professional and friendly manner. Must have strong attention to detail and accuracy. Demonstrates high dependability and punctuality by managing own schedule. Maintain a high level of confidentiality. Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment and effectively collaborate with other associates in the field.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to climb ladders and access residential and commercial rooftops safely. Comfortable working on varying heights and roof slopes. Ability to walk on uneven surfaces and navigate construction sites. Lift, carry, and move materials or equipment up to 75 lbs, unassisted. Bend, kneel, crouch, and stand for extended periods. Work in varying weather conditions (heat, cold, wind, rain) Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) as required. Ability to sit or remain stationary for extended periods. Frequent use of a computer, phone, and standard office equipment. Ability to communicate effectively via phone, video, and in-person meetings.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

Valid Drivers License. Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings and holidays. Must have a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn. Pay:
