Sales Rep & Roof Inspector | Insurance Restoration Platinum Home Design | Field-Based | 1099 Commission | Uncapped Earnings The Opportunity Most roofing sales jobs hand you a script and a territory. This isn't that. At Platinum Home Design, you run your own book — from the first knock on a door to the final walkthrough. You identify damage, open claims, meet adjusters, close deals, and see projects through to completion. No handoffs. No micromanagement. Full ownership, full commission. If you've done this before and you're good at it, we built this role for you. What You'll Do Self-source leads through door-to-door outreach, referrals, and your own network Perform professional roof and exterior inspections to identify storm and insurance-eligible damage Educate homeowners on their options and guide them through the claims process Represent homeowners at adjuster meetings to protect the scope of work Close restoration and retail roofing projects Manage projects from signed contract through final walkthrough Be the single point of contact your customers trust throughout the entire process Who This Is For You're the right fit if you can say yes to all of these: ✅ You've run full A-Z insurance restoration deals — inspections, claims, adjuster meetings, close, and project management ✅ You know how to read a roof and identify legitimate storm damage ✅ You own a truck and a ladder and you use them ✅ You've worked in a commission-only environment and you've thrived in it ✅ You can advocate for a homeowner with an adjuster and win These aren't preferences — they're the baseline. Candidates without direct insurance restoration experience won't be a fit for this role.
