Manage leads efficiently and generate additional opportunities. Communicate effectively with our customers via phone, email and text. Respond to all customer inquiries immediately. Learn and follow the scripting required by our process. Log all communications accurately in our CRM. Complete all assigned customer communication tasks daily. Study, learn and maintain knowledge of the vehicles we sell. (We will train you!) Learn and maintain a thorough knowledge of Dealership policies, products and procedures. Maintain a professional appearance at all times.
