Automotive Sales Consultant:
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, helping them navigate the vehicle buying process Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the dealership's new and pre-owned vehicle inventory, features, and pricing Understand and assess customer needs to recommend appropriate vehicles and financing options Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives to demonstrate features and performance Follow up with prospective and existing customers via phone, email, and text to build relationships and generate repeat business Collaborate with the sales and finance team to ensure a smooth, transparent purchase process Stay current on product updates, promotions, and manufacturer incentives Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals Assist with vehicle delivery and ensure customer satisfaction post-sale Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using CRM tools Requirements/Qualifications
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first attitude Ability to stick to established processes, complete daily tasks assigned in the form of calls, texts, emails, etc.
Self-motivated, self driven, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment Professional appearance & demeanor Good computer skills and comfort using CRM systems, dealership management software Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to effectively manage time and follow up with leads consistently Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Upload your resume and complete the online assessment for immediate consideration!
