  • Temporary, Permanent, Full-time Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Licensed Insurance Sales Producer to join our growing insurance agency located in Leesburg, VA.
This is a 100% sales-focused position primarily handling insurance sales over the phone. This position is ideal for licensed professionals who are confident in sales, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a performance-based environment. Key Responsibilities / Duties Conduct outbound and inbound sales calls to prospective clients Generate insurance quotes and convert prospects into new policies Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance coverage Follow up consistently with leads and prospects Maintain strong customer relationships and provide excellent service Meet or exceed sales production goals Accurately document client interactions in agency systems Work independently while maintaining communication with the agency team Required Qualifications Active Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance License (Required) Strong phone sales and closing skills Comfortable working in a 100% commission / sales-driven environment Self-motivated with strong time-management skills Ability to work independently Professional communication and . Preferred Qualifications Previous experience working at an insurance agency Prior insurance sales or call-based sales experience candidates are a plus Active Property & Casualty (P&C)
Insurance License Work Schedule & Flexibility Office Hours :
Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM Full-time This role begins as a temporary position. Following a 90-day performance evaluation, qualified employees may be considered for permanent full-time employment based on performance and business needs.
