Job Description

Before reading the full description please know: This position includes SALES This position is for three shifts weekly from (Mon-Fri 10-2 or 2:45-7) as well as every third Saturday 10-4 Please do not apply if those hours are not for you. We are looking for a Wellness Coordinator who is passionate about health to join an amazing team at our Lynchburg, VA clinic. As a Wellness Coordinator, you will assist patients with account registration, information requests, and payment for services. This clinic stays busy treating our community, so we are seeking a team member that strives for excellence and thrives in a busy environment. This is a goal-oriented position with bonus opportunities based on the achievement of sales targets. In addition to working with patients, it's a plus if you have previous local and/or social media marketing experience to help grow our brand in the community! We could be a great match if you are:

Our membership plans and packages eliminate the need for insurance, and our no-appointment policy, convenient hours, and locations make care more accessible. As a Wellness Coordinator, your typical day may include:
  • Greeting patients upon arrival & checking patients in to see the Chiropractor
  • Presenting and selling memberships and visit packages
  • Educating patients on the best membership options for their needs
  • Answering phone calls and completing sales calls
  • Resolving any patient issues or concerns
  • Looking for ways to achieve sales and clinic goals and addressing those with other coordinators and doctors
  • Light cleaning to maintain the cleanliness of the clinic and organization of workspace
  • Managing files and ensuring thorough documentation in patient accounts
  • Participating in local marketing promotions and social media engagement
  • Recognizing and supporting team goals and creating and maintaining positive relationships with team members.
  • Participating in bi-monthly team calls to stay updated on current goals and strategies
  • Attending virtual corporate trainings to stay updated on membership options, packages, and promotions.

Preferred Skills:
  • Sales experience discussing memberships, pre-paid service packages
  • Social Media & Local Marketing Skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to use sound judgment in responding to patient concerns
  • Solid organizational skills and ability to multi-task with demanding timeframes
  • Must be self-motivated, energetic, and committed
  • Highly collaborative and relational: values team cohesion and positivity
  • Understanding of chiropractic care or other interest in alternative health care
  • Able to use office equipment; computer, scanner, fax, and phone system
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and emailing systems
