The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. This individual will serve as a key support partner to the Director of Sales, ensuring seamless communication, accurate coordination, and memorable experiences for our guests and clients. What You'll Do Provide exceptional hospitality by going above and beyond guest and client expectations in every interaction. Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, partners, and team members through genuine connection and service. Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries, leads, and client requests. Support sales initiatives through accurate preparation of proposals, contracts, presentations, and other sales materials. Coordinate bookings, events, meetings, and client details with a high level of precision and attention to detail. Collaborate with hotel departments to ensure flawless execution of guest and client experiences. Maintain organized records, reports, and sales tracking systems. Conduct follow-up communications to strengthen client relationships and identify future opportunities. What We're Looking For Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Exceptional customer service and relationship-building skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. A positive attitude and a genuine passion for hospitality. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and related business software. Previous experience in hospitality, sales support, customer service, or a related field preferred. Ability to work collaboratively and contribute to a culture of teamwork and accountability.
