Outside Sales Representative

"Outside Sales Rep" in Training Position Available for Renovation & Remodeling Organization, AHG Construction & Remodeling. This position will be paid a Base Salary + Commission with a Target Income of $85,000-100,000k+ per year. (Base Salary of $35k + 3% Commission per Sale/Project) AHG Construction & Remodeling is a Full Service Class A General Contractor. We focus on Additions, Whole Home Renovations, Kitchen & Bath Remodeling, Screened in Porches, and New Construction Residential Custom Home Building. AHG Construction & Remodeling has been in business since 2007 performing all aspects of Residential Construction. In this position you will work hand in hand with the Owner of the company in learning the ins & outs of Homebuilding, Architecture and Residential Construction. This position will shadow the Owner of the Organization in adopting our Sales Style and Company culture in meeting with Prospective Clients / Homeowners for a 3-6 month period of time. No Cold Calling. All Leads are provided by Sales & Marketing efforts of the Company. This ideal candidate that fills the role will have knowledge of General Construction and/or Residential Construction practices. The Sales Representative will be responsible for Meeting With Clients, Gathering Site Pictures & Dimensions, and truly listening to what Clients are looking to accomplish through their Renovation and/or New Construction Projects. Sales Representative will then utilize company software to generate Formal Sales Proposals to present to Clients and work with estimating/ CAD Drafting Staff to present 3D Drawings & Renderings to Homeowners in securing future Sales for the Organization. Familiarity with CRM Software & General Computer Skills are a requirement of the position. AHG Construction & Remodeling operates using the "BuilderTrend" Construction Management Platform.
