Outside Sales Consultant (In-Home Sales) Position Summary Responsible for meeting with homeowners through company-scheduled appointments, conducting foundation and waterproofing evaluations, presenting recommended solutions, and securing sales. This role combines residential sales, customer consultation, relationship development, and business growth activities to help homeowners protect and enhance their properties while supporting the ongoing success of Copper Fox Foundation Solutions.

Flexible Schedule Based on Customer Appointments Essential Duties & Responsibilities Conduct residential inspections for foundation repair, waterproofing, crawl spaces, and structural concerns at company-scheduled appointments Educate homeowners about foundation settlement, moisture intrusion issues, and available repair options Utilize company software, estimating tools, and pricing platforms to prepare and deliver proposals Follow established sales procedures, pricing policies, and promotional guidelines while maintaining strong sales performance Maintain regular communication with customers throughout the sales process and project transition phase Collect initial payments and coordinate project handoff with production and operations teams following the sale Develop additional opportunities through referrals, networking, community involvement, and relationship building Represent Copper Fox Foundation Solutions in a professional, courteous, and ethical manner at all times Preferred Qualifications 3+ years of experience in sales, home improvement services, construction, or in-home consulting Previous experience selling foundation repair, waterproofing, or related residential services preferred Strong interpersonal, presentation, and customer relationship skills Demonstrated ability to close sales and consistently achieve performance objectives Required Qualifications Highly motivated with the ability to work independently and manage priorities Comfortable using tablets, mobile applications, CRM platforms, and sales-related technology Ability to maintain a flexible schedule and travel throughout the assigned service area Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving history Authorized to work in the United States Physical Requirements Ability to travel to customer appointments throughout the designated territory Ability to access crawl spaces, basements, and other inspection locations when necessary Ability to climb stairs, ladders, and navigate uneven surfaces during property evaluations Ability to lift and transport sales materials, demonstration items, and equipment as needed Ability to work indoors and outdoors in a variety of weather conditions Additional Notes Company provides qualified, company-generated leads.
