Job Description

Outside Sales Representative Aldora Aluminum & Glass Products Aldora is a leading manufacturer and distributor of high-quality glass and aluminum products serving the commercial construction industry. We are seeking an ambitious, relationship-driven Outside Sales Representative to grow our market presence throughout assigned territory This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated sales professional who enjoys building customer relationships, developing new business, and driving revenue growth. Position Summary The Outside Sales Representative is responsible for growing sales within an assigned territory by maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, identifying and developing new business opportunities, and serving as a trusted resource for customers throughout the sales process. Reporting directly to the Branch Manager, this role plays a key part in expanding Aldora's customer base and increasing market share. Key Responsibilities Territory & Customer Management Visit customers regularly throughout your assigned territory, traveling is a must. Develop efficient sales routes to maximize customer coverage and productivity Strengthen relationships with existing customers and identify opportunities for growth Promote and reinforce Aldora's full product offering during customer visits Request quoting opportunities and collaborate with branch leadership to secure orders Follow up promptly on quotes, orders, requests, and customer concerns Maintain detailed daily call logs and activity records Gather and communicate competitive market intelligence to management Business Development Identify and pursue new business opportunities within your territory Prospect potential customers and evaluate their business needs Present tailored solutions and product offerings to new accounts Develop strategies to increase market penetration and sales growth Customer Support Monitor customer quotes and orders to ensure satisfaction Conduct follow-up calls and visits to strengthen customer relationships Respond quickly and professionally to customer questions or concerns Visit job sites when necessary to review project-related issues Assist with account management and outstanding balances as needed Architectural & Specification Sales Partner with the Architectural Sales Manager to conduct architectural sales calls Promote and help specify Aldora products with architects, designers, and industry professionals Qualifications 2-3 years of outside sales experience preferred Construction, building materials, manufacturing, or related industry experience is a plus.
