Your Impact Sales Execution & Travel Scheduling:

Inform existing owners and prospective guests of getaway details and successfully schedule their travel dates by using effective telephone communication to build rapport and overcome objections.

Financial & Data Management:

Record recent result communications within the Maxlight system and utilize internal systems to manage customer information and outreach schedules.

Operational Support:

Accurately and securely manage customer deposits and credit card payments for travel bookings, while performing additional duties to support departmental goals. What You Bring 1-3 years working experience in a sales or customer-service based role. Flexibility to support business needs by working evenings, and potentially weekends, holidays, or extended hours as required. Proven track record of effectively establishing rapport and presenting information clearly to customers. Ability to adapt quickly to technical platforms or new learning systems.
