Job Description

Are you comfortable picking up the phone, opening doors, and creating opportunities? If so, we have a high-income commission opportunity backed by a product that solves a major problem for commercial building owners. We are Impervious Roof Coatings Mid-Atlantic, a commercial roofing contractor specializing in a cutting-edge fluid-applied roofing system that converts aging commercial roofs into long-term assets. It's a genuinely differentiated technology: seamless, warrantied up to 20 years, 50-60% less expensive than replacement, and 100% tax-deductible in Year 1 under IRS Section 179. We're looking for experienced roofing industry professionals who want to leverage their existing relationships and knowledge to generate meaningful commission income — without climbing ladders, managing crews, or building a business from scratch. What You'll Do Identify commercial property owners, facility managers, and building owners with aging flat or low-slope roofs. Leverage your existing industry relationships to generate qualified opportunities. Set appointments and introduce our roofing system — we handle the rest. Move opportunities through the sales process with our support. What We Offer Weekly draw available for qualified candidates who are actively prospecting and generating opportunities. This provides consistent weekly income while your pipeline develops and commissions begin to close. 10-14% commission on closed projects.
Average project value:
$75,000-$150,000. One deal can generate $7,500-$21,000. A product that genuinely sells — strong ROI story, tax advantages, and a 20-year warranty. Sales and technical support. You open the door; we help you close it. Flexible schedule — work as much or as little as you choose. No installation responsibilities. Who We're Looking For Experience in commercial roofing, construction, commercial sales, business development, B2B sales, or manufacturer's rep background. Knowledge of metal, TPO, PVC, EPDM, modified bitumen, or BUR roofing systems. Existing relationships with commercial building owners, property managers, or facility managers. Self-motivated and comfortable working independently. Why This Works The system we install is not a commodity product. Building owners who understand it buy it. Your job is to get us in the room — your industry credibility does the heavy lifting, and our system closes the deal. This is not a full-time commitment. It's a way to monetize relationships you've already built, on your own schedule, with a product worth talking about.

$50,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
