What You'll Do Engage with warm leads and inbound inquiries. Conduct phone consultations with homeowners to qualify interest and schedule in-home or virtual appointments. Follow up on leads through phone, text, and email to move them through the sales funnel. Clearly explain the benefits of our window, roofing, and siding products. Use our CRM system to manage and track leads, ensuring a high conversion rate. Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and performance metrics. What We're Looking For Proven success in inside sales or phone-based selling in home improvement industry Strong communication and persuasion skills — you're confident, personable, and driven. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where results matter. Detail-oriented and organized, with solid follow-up habits. Tech-savvy with CRM experience (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
