What You'll Do:

Greet customers, build rapport, and guide them through the motorcycle buying process Present and demonstrate new and preâ€'owned Harleyâ€'Davidson models Follow up with leads, maintain communication, and manage your sales pipeline Learn and communicate product features, benefits, and customization options Work closely with Finance, Parts, and Service to deliver a seamless customer experience Participate in dealership events, demo days, and community activities Maintain a clean, organized showroom and professional appearance

What We're Looking For:

Previous sales experience preferred (automotive, powersports, retail, or hospitality) Strong communication and relationshipâ€'building skills Selfâ€'motivated, goalâ€'oriented, and comfortable in a fastâ€'paced environment Ability to learn product knowledge quickly and confidently Positive attitude and teamâ€'focused mindset Motorcycle experience or interest is a plus (we'll train the right person) Valid driver's license required; motorcycle endorsement preferred or willingness to obtain it Please upload your resume.
