Job Description

YOU ALREADY KNOW HOW TO EXECUTE. WE'LL HANDLE THE REST.
Structure, discipline, and showing up when it's not easy, that's what separates good canvassers from great ones. If you've served, you already have all three. This is a canvassing role with Absolute Roofing. You walk neighborhoods, talk to homeowners about storm damage, and set up free inspections. A trained closer handles the sale. Your job is the approach, and we train you on everything specific to roofing.
WHAT YOU'LL EARN
$20/hr during paid training + $100/day base pay $150 per signed inspection agreement $500 when that job closes W2 with commissions Realistic first-year income: $60,000 to $100,000+ WHAT
THIS IS NOT
No rooftop work No high-pressure sales No chaotic environment with no direction We run a structured operation. You'll know your territory, your targets, and your metrics.
SCHEDULE
Tuesday through Saturday, 11 AM to 7 PM Must be 18+. Vehicle not required.
TERRITORY
Loudoun County, Winchester, Manassas, Woodbridge, and surrounding areas within 40 miles of Reston.
