If you've worked fast food or food service, you know what a hard day looks like. Early mornings, rush hours, demanding customers, and a paycheck that doesn't reflect any of it. This role is different. Same energy, completely different ceiling.
WHAT THE JOB IS
You walk neighborhoods, knock on doors, and talk to homeowners about getting a free roof inspection. That's it. A trained closer handles the sale. You create the lead.
PAY STRUCTURE
$20/hr during training + $100/day base pay $150 per signed inspection agreement $500 when that job closes W2 with commissions Realistic first-year income: $60,000 to $100,000+ YOU
DO NOT NEED TO
Climb roofs Close sales Have any experience in roofing or sales
SCHEDULE
Tuesday through Saturday, 11 AM to 7 PM
TERRITORY
Loudoun County, Winchester, Manassas, Woodbridge, and surrounding areas within 40 miles of Reston.
