We do insurance work almost exclusively: helping homeowners whose roofs were damaged by storms navigate the claims process and get the restoration they're owed. We have 70+ sales reps producing across multiple markets, with top performers generating over $1 million in revenue annually. We've been doing this a long time, and we know how to build sales teams that actually stick. About This Role This is field-based storm restoration sales. You're identifying storm-affected homes, helping homeowners understand what their insurance covers, and walking them through the claims process. You're not manufacturing demand — the need is already there. The job rewards self-starters who can work independently in the field, build trust quickly with homeowners, and stay consistent without being micromanaged. We operate as 1099 — which means your earnings are a direct reflection of how hard and smart you work. Our top reps prefer it that way. Our average rep generates around $500K in annual revenue. Our best generate $1M-$2M+. Compensation Commission-only, 1099. 50% of gross profit on every deal you close, with bonuses as well. The structure rewards performance, not hours logged. What separates the people who stick and succeed here isn't always a resume. It's drive, coachability, and the ability to handle rejection and keep moving.
