The ideal candidate will have a passion for automobiles and a strong background in sales, particularly in outside sales or retail environments. This role requires excellent communication skills, organizational abilities, and a knack for understanding customer needs in order to effectively present our vehicle offerings. As a consultant, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and building lasting relationships with customers.
WORK HOURS ARE MONDAY-SATURDAY 9AM-6PM
Responsibilities Engage with customers to understand their vehicle needs and preferences. Provide detailed information about vehicle features, specifications, and pricing. Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle capabilities to potential buyers. Follow up with leads through various communication channels to nurture relationships. Maintain an organized sales pipeline and manage customer interactions effectively. Collaborate with the sales management team to develop strategies for market penetration. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions. Utilize math skills to assist customers with financing options and payment calculations. Ensure all paperwork is completed accurately and promptly for each sale. Qualifications Proven experience in outside sales or retail sales; automotive sales experience is a plus. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; multilingual abilities are advantageous. Proficient in math skills for calculating payments and financing options. A customer-centric approach with the ability to build rapport quickly. Prior experience in sales management is beneficial but not required. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends as needed.
