We are seeking a confident, polished sales professional to lead clients through selecting heirloom wall art and portrait collections during private, in-studio ordering appointments. This is a consultative role working with warm, pre-qualified families in a structured, professional environment. No cold calling. No prospecting. What You'll Do Conduct private sales consultations Build trust quickly with families Ask thoughtful questions to understand what matters most to them Present premium artwork options with confidence Guide clients through pricing decisions comfortably Close professionally while maintaining a high-end client experience This is relationship-based selling - not high-pressure retail. The Right Fit You will thrive here if you: Have 3+ years of proven sales success Are comfortable selling premium products Communicate with confidence and professionalism Handle objections calmly Are competitive and motivated by performance Are available Thursday-Saturday Have experience in luxury retail, jewelry, fine art, interior design, or commissioned sales (preferred) If you avoid money conversations or prefer hourly-only roles, this will not be a fit.
