The Role We are hiring a Phone Sales Coordinator to be the first point of contact for our daily callers. Your objective is to manage our phone lines, listen to our customers' needs, provide general quotes, and schedule appointments directly for our sales team. You are the critical link between our inbound leads and our sales floor. Growth Potential We are growing fast and upward mobility here is dictated by capability and reliability. We are looking for people who take pride in their work to be part of our future. What You Will Do Answer and manage inbound calls.. Listen to customer needs and provide accurate, baseline quotes for commercial tires. Schedule and confirm qualified appointments, ensuring a seamless handoff to the sales team. Maintain accurate daily records and process inquiries in the POS/CRM system. Route complex leads or large volume inquiries to sales leadership. The Ideal Fit You are highly organized and prioritize maintaining a steady, reliable workflow. You have a welcoming, professional phone presence and feel comfortable speaking with a wide variety of people to qualify their needs. You are accustomed to customer service, managing tasks, and performing consistently. Technologically competent and comfortable using GSuite and standard customer management systems.
Product Knowledge:
Zero prior automotive or commercial tire experience is necessary. If you bring the organizational and communication skills, we will provide all the guidance you need to be successful. Our success depends on your success.
Requirements & Schedule Schedule:
Full-time W-2. Predictable hours. No nights.
Environment:
This is an in-person, desk-based communications role. Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary plus flat commission per appointment Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance with company participation. 401(k) with company matching. Paid time off and vacation.

High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
Customer Service / Phone Operations (Required) 1 Year BDC, Call Center, or Retail Sales (Required)
