Cleveland, Ohio Empire Exterior Services is a rapidly growing insurance restoration contractor seeking motivated and driven Roofing Sales Consultants to join our Cleveland team. This is an excellent opportunity for self-starters who enjoy meeting homeowners, generating business, and helping customers navigate the insurance restoration process after storm damage. What You'll Do Meet with homeowners to inspect roofs and exterior damage. Educate homeowners on the insurance restoration process. Work alongside our public adjusting partners to maximize claim outcomes for customers. Build relationships with homeowners and guide projects from inspection through contract signing. Generate your own leads through networking, referrals, canvassing, and relationship-building. Follow up with company-provided leads and appointments. Maintain accurate notes and communication throughout the sales process. Represent Empire Exterior Services professionally in the community. Compensation Earn 10% of the total contract value on completed projects. Company-generated leads provided. Unlimited earning potential. No cap on commissions.
