We are looking for the right candidate to join our team. We will provide you with qualified leads. The customers have called us and already invited us into their homes for problems they are looking to be addressed. We serve various different market sectors (Wildlife Removal & Repair, Rodent & Pest Control, Crawl Space Services & Insulation Services). We value our employees and highly appreciate the skill that a sales professional brings to the team, and so we compensate accordingly. Critter Authority is looking for a candidate that will shine, grow, and contribute to the overall success of the team and company. What will you do? Drive to potential customers home and conduct inspections and appointments Meet or exceeds sales goals Write proposals for each customer account which include photographs, instructions, diagrams, pricing lists and job worksheets Provide follow-up to customers by phone and re-visits the customer as necessary Maintain and build customer relationships with Critter Authority What is required? 1+ year of sales experience 1+ years of experience in the residential real estate, home inspection, roofing sales or home improvement industries is a plus Must be able to use a 32 foot extension ladder (REQUIRED) Some construction experience is preferred. Strong listening, closing, and follow-up skills Previous work with wildlife or pest control is a major plus Ability to work in tight spaces A valid driver's license and a safe driving record Basic computer skills Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check What can you gain?
