Quality Conveyor Solutions (QCS) is a leading provider of conveyor belting, components, and field services supporting industries like aggregates, pulp & paper, power, and manufacturing. Our customers rely on us to keep their operations running—and that starts with a strong, responsive inside team. We're looking for an Inside Sales Representative who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with customers, and takes pride in keeping orders, projects, and communication on track. What You'll Do Support customers by providing quotes, processing orders, and coordinating service work Work closely with outside sales, field teams, and vendors to ensure jobs are executed smoothly Manage incoming calls and customer requests with urgency and professionalism Track orders from quote to completion—making sure nothing falls through the cracks Assist with scheduling, materials, and logistics for upcoming jobs Identify opportunities to support customers with additional products or services What This Role Is (and Isn't) Relationship-focused and team-driven A mix of coordination, problem-solving, and light sales Fast-moving, with multiple priorities throughout the day Not cold calling Not a sit-back-and-wait role What We're Looking For Previous experience in inside sales, customer service, or a similar support role (industrial experience is a plus) Strong communication and organizational skills Comfortable working with computers, systems, and order entry Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks at once Positive attitude and willingness to learn Self-motivated and team-oriented Why Join QCS Work with a team that values responsiveness, reliability, and getting the job done right Exposure to a wide range of industries and real-world applications Stable schedule (Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm) Competitive salary ($47,000-$63,000 based on experience) Benefits Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off and holidays Life insurance Military-friendly and equal opportunity employer About QCS QCS is a multi-location company serving the Mid-Atlantic region with conveyor products, fabrication, and field services.
