Be at the heart of a trusted regional brand while expanding your design and sales expertise. Role & Responsibilities Serve as the primary consultant: meet clients, understand their needs, and craft tailored cabinetry solutions across various spaces. Use design tools such as 2020 Design & ecab solutions to create and present visual concepts. Collaborate with colleagues to refine concepts. Manage multiple client projects with attention to detail, organization, and timeline discipline. Drive sales through client connections, expertise, and service excellence. Manage designs from start to finish; sale yourself and your designs, manage the sale throughout the process, offer design services on selections related to the project, visit projects in the field to provide oversite, perform project management as required to ensure successful execution. Qualifications Minimum 2+ years in kitchen (and preferably bath or closet) cabinet design and sales. Proficient in design software such as 2020 Design, or similar. Strong visual presentation, technical detailing, and verbal communication skills. Sales oriented mindset, energetic, personable, and geared toward teamwork. Organized, detail driven, and adept at handling multiple priorities. Schedule & Benefits 5 days/week, Monday-Saturday, 9AM-5PM in the showroom (alternating Mondays and Saturdays). Immediate start.
