Job Description
Over 20 years of experience delivering luxury hot tubs, swim spas, saunas, billiards tables, shuffleboard tables, and accessories. As an authorized dealer for top brands including Jacuzzi, Cal Spas, Platinum, Finnleo, Olhausen, and Presidential Billiards, we provide complete sales, delivery, moving, and service solutions. Position Summary We are looking for a motivated, customer-focused Showroom Sales Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will engage with customers in our upscale showrooms, educate them on our premium products, and guide them through the buying process to create memorable home entertainment and wellness experiences. This is a commission-driven sales position with an hourly base and monthly earnings guarantee. Key Responsibilities Greet and engage walk-in customers, referrals, and scheduled appointments in a warm, professional manner. Demonstrate and explain features/benefits of hot tubs, swim spas, saunas, billiards tables, and accessories. Conduct needs assessments to recommend the right products and configurations for each customer's lifestyle and budget. Manage the full sales process from initial consultation through financing options, delivery coordination, and after-sale follow-up. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers for referrals and repeat business. Stay current on product knowledge, promotions, and industry trends. Collaborate with the service and delivery teams to ensure seamless customer experiences. Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service. Qualifications Previous sales experience preferred (retail, home improvement, luxury goods, or consultative sales ideal). Outgoing personality with a genuine desire to help customers. Strong communication and presentation skills. Ability to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends. Comfortable using sales software, CRM tools, and basic computer skills. Passion for wellness, home entertainment, or luxury home products is a big plus.
