Barton Ford located in Suffolk, Virginia is looking to add to its current sales force to sell new and pre-owned vehicles and work both walk-in, phone, and internet leads from inception!

• And, a fun place to work Our Sales Consultants spend time with customers to determine their needs and discuss vehicle options; commit to becoming an automotive sales expert and gain in-depth knowledge of FORD vehicles and technology; perform test drives and demonstrate vehicle; complete quotes follow-up with prospective customers and return email and voicemail; follow up with existing customers to confirm their satisfaction and generate leads.

The ideal candidate will:

Need be self-motivated and a quick learner Ability to follow direction Excellent verbal/written communication, strong negotiation and presentation skills Have recent/prior automotive or big ticket sales experience Have a neat, professional appearance Be able to work with the public and co-workers ("People person") Be flexible with hours and willing work Saturday Be able to use computers for training, daily work plan and to email prospects Follow-up on unsold prospects via phone, mail and the internet Even if YOU have never worked selling cars and trucks in a dealership, we invite you to talk to us.
