You will play a key role in showcasing the quality and features of Volvo vehicles to potential buyers.

Responsibilities:

Provide excellent customer service to all customers visiting the dealership. Understand and communicate the features and benefits of Volvo and pre-owned vehicles. Assist customers in test driving vehicles and completing the sales process. Follow up with potential customers to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships. Learn and stay current on the product lines, the ins and outs of the product offerings, optional packages, and the latest technologies. Maintain an ongoing relationship and communication with the customer to encourage repeat and referral business. Perform high-quality, professional demonstrations of new and pre-owned vehicles. Negotiate with customers clearly and concisely. Complete all documentation accurately and comprehensively. Stay current on brand promotions, financing options, value-added products, and industry trends.

Qualifications:
