Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Business Development Advisor to expand our outreach and strengthen our market presence. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in identifying growth opportunities, fostering client relationships, and implementing effective sales strategies. Duties Develop and execute strategic business development plans aligned with organizational goals to increase service adoption and market share. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with referral sources, community partners, and prospective clients through proactive outreach and engagement initiatives. Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software such as Salesforce to track leads, manage client interactions, and analyze sales data for continuous improvement. Lead negotiations with potential partners and clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that support organizational growth objectives. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns that raise brand awareness and attract new business opportunities. Coordinate with internal teams on project management efforts to ensure seamless onboarding of new clients and service expansion initiatives. Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to inform strategic planning and maintain a competitive edge. Experience Proven experience in business development or sales within healthcare, senior care services, or related fields. Strong proficiency with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms; experience with CRM software is highly desirable. Demonstrated success in strategic planning, negotiation, and project management. Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders including clients, partners, and team members. Knowledge of marketing principles and customer relationship management best practices. Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and compliance standards related to senior care services is a plus. A background in sales or business development combined with experience in healthcare or social services will be advantageous.
