In-Home Sales Representative Pay:
Base + uncapped commission | $125,000•160,000+ expected earnings
Schedule:
Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-5:00 PM + occasional overtime

Role:
At Mechollage, our Comfort Advisors are trained as Mechanical Design Specialists. This role goes beyond traditional HVAC sales by helping homeowners choose customized comfort solutions that fit their home and goals.
What You'll Do:
Conduct in-home HVAC consultations Evaluate homeowner comfort needs Recommend energy-efficient heating and cooling solutions Build trust and guide customers through major purchase decisions Follow up on proposals and close sales Partner with install and service teams to ensure a smooth customer experience
What We're Looking For:
2+ years of outside sales or in-home sales experience required HVAC, roofing, solar, windows, bath, or similar home-services sales experience preferred Strong consultative sales and closing skills Excellent communication and presentation abilities Comfortable using CRM systems and digital sales tools Valid driver's license with insurable driving record Self-motivated and performance-driven
