Lead Generation Specialist - Sales and Marketing

Job Overview We are seeking energetic and outgoing Lead Generation Specialists to generate qualified leads at events, fairs, festivals, retail locations and other high-traffic venues. This role is responsible for engaging with prospective guests, building excitement about the resort experiences, and pitching our promotional offers. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys speaking with people, and is motivated by performance-based incentives.

Key Responsibilities:

Approach and engage guests in a professional and friendly manner Drive foot traffic to the booth - using your voice and your upbeat personality. Promote our promotional offers, and deeply discounted vacation packages. Maintain booth presentation and brand standards at all events. Meet or exceed daily and weekly lead generation goals. Answer basic questions regarding resort amenities, vacation packages, and promotions. Meet collaboratively with the marketing and sales teams to maximize lead generation efforts and sales quotas.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Strong communication skills and people skills Comfortable approaching and speaking with large numbers of people consistently for long shifts. Must be willing to work independently and able to take no for an answer and move on to the next person without missing a beat. Positive attitude with strong energy and enthusiasm. Able to work weekends Friday - Sunday, holidays, and flexible schedules. Must have reliable transportation. This job requires extensive travel and is dictated by the schedule of events. Hourly pay plus commission structure. Hands on paid training provided. Advancement opportunities within marketing and sales

Pay:

$12.77 - $25.00 per hour
