Job Summary Join our dynamic retail team as a Sales Associate or Lead Sales Associate, where your enthusiasm and customer-focused mindset will drive sales and create memorable shopping experiences. In this role, you will be the face of our store, engaging with customers, demonstrating products, and ensuring they find exactly what they need. As a Lead Sales Associate, you will also take on additional responsibilities to support team leadership, oversee daily operations, and motivate your colleagues to excel. Duties Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service to foster loyalty and satisfaction Assist customers with product selections, including conducting product demos and explaining features Operate the POS (Point of Sale) system accurately for transactions, returns, and exchanges Upsell products and accessories to enhance customer experience and increase sales revenue Maintain merchandising standards by organizing displays, stocking shelves, and ensuring product availability Handle cash transactions with accuracy, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities Support inventory management through stocking, inventory counts, and replenishment tasks Demonstrate strong phone etiquette when communicating with customers or vendors Lead by example in supervising team members, providing guidance on sales techniques and customer interactions Conduct product demos to educate customers about features and benefits in an engaging manner Qualifications Prior retail sales experience is preferred; supervisory experience is a plus for Lead roles Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are highly valued for serving diverse customers Knowledge of grocery store operations or retail environments is advantageous Ability to perform basic math for transactions, stock management, and sales calculations Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor Experience in merchandising, stocking, and product demonstrations preferred Demonstrated phone etiquette and effective communication skills Proven ability to upsell products confidently to meet sales goals Join us if you're energetic, motivated, and eager to grow your retail career! Pay:

$16.23 - $17.62 per hour Application Question(s): We are open Monday-Saturday 10a-10p, Sundays 10a-6p. Are your willing and available to work these hours? 30 minutes after hours is required for closing duties. We are open on most holidays. We are only closed 3 days a year such as Thanksgiving, Chistmas, and Easter. Are you willing to work some holidays?
