We work with hotels, property managers, commercial facilities, and residential customers, with a strong focus on responsiveness, professionalism, and customer relationships. We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Sales & Operations Coordinator to support our growing sales and operations team. This position is ideal for someone with experience in: Hotel front desk operations Hotel sales coordination Property management administration Customer service coordination Fast-paced office environments If you thrive while juggling multiple tasks, communicating with customers, staying organized, and helping a team succeed, this could be a great fit. Schedule Monday-Friday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM No nights No weekends Compensation Hourly pay based on experience Performance incentives available Opportunity for growth within the company Responsibilities Support the sales team with estimate preparation and proposal follow-up Build estimates and work orders within our CRM system Coordinate appointments and customer communication Assist with inbound leads from phone calls, website inquiries, referrals, and online platforms Help manage and organize customer accounts and sales pipelines Assist with accounts receivable follow-up and customer invoice reminders Support marketing efforts including social media, customer outreach, and database organization Maintain accurate records and documentation within ServiceMonster and other systems Help keep projects, estimates, and follow-ups organized and moving forward Ideal Candidate Strong organizational and multitasking skills Professional phone and email communication Comfortable learning software systems and CRM platforms Able to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude and team-first mindset Hospitality, hotel, front desk, or coordinator experience strongly preferred Experience with customer service, scheduling, or administrative support is a plus Preferred Experience Hotel front desk or hospitality operations Hotel sales coordinator experience Property management office experience CRM or scheduling software Administrative support Customer service About Inlet Services Inlet Services is locally owned and operated in Virginia Beach and consists of Inlet Carpet Care, Inlet Disaster Restoration, and Inlet Pressure Washing. We pride ourselves on professionalism, responsiveness, and building long-term relationships with our customers. We work with many hotels, commercial properties, and residential clients throughout the area. We are looking for someone who wants to grow with us and become an important part of the team.
