Full Job Description Overview:
MANCON is a leading distribution company specializing in janitorial supplies, packaging materials, office furniture, promotional products, and commercial office supplies. We proudly serve a broad range of commerical clients. We are seeking a motivated, self-starting, and relationship-driven Sales Representative to expand our commercial accounts in the Hampton Roads area. This role offers strong growth opportunity and unlimited earning potential. Responsibilities:
Promote and sell janitorial supplies, packaging materials, office furniture, promotional products, and office supplies Conduct on-site client visits, deliver presentations, and assess customer needs Prepare quotes, proposals, and contract documents Maintain accurate sales records and reporting Work closely with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer service Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and key performance indicators
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, sales, business, or related field Minimum of three years of B2B outside sales experience, preferably in distribution or a related industry Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Ability to manage multiple accounts effectively Ability to work independently and consistently meet sales targets Valid driver's license Proficiency in
Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Preferred Qualifications:
Strong proactive salesperson focused on driving new business Highly self-motivated with a competitive drive to succeed Confident and comfortable performing cold outreach Experienced in managing and closing long, complex sales cycles Demonstrated history of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
Physical Requirements:
Medium work - Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 20 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
