Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Coordinator to join our hotels Regional Sales team! This vital role is designed for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at multitasking, and possesses exceptional communication skills. As a Sales Coordinator, you will serve as the central hub for Regional Sales office operations, ensuring seamless administrative support, effective communication, and efficient management of daily tasks. Your energetic approach and attention to detail will help drive our team's success and foster a positive work environment. Duties Assist in handling group and corporate bookings. Prepare and send contracts, proposals, and welcome letters. Maintain business relationships with existing customers and potentials business Maintain accurate records of reservations, rooming lists, and billing details. Communicate with guests regarding booking details and special requests. Support the Sales Manager with daily administrative tasks. Coordinate with Front Office and Operations on arrivals, special arrangements, and group details. Update systems with reservations, rate codes, and account information. Respond to inquiries via email and phone in a professional manner. Skills Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment Excellent computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, and data entry software Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse clients and team members effectively Previous office experience or administrative experience is preferred; familiarity with office management practices is a plus Exceptional phone etiquette with experience managing multi-line phone systems and providing superior customer service Attention to detail for proofreading documents and maintaining accurate records Time management skills to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently without missing deadlines training will be provided for specific duties if needed. Pay:
$15.00 - $19.00 per hour
