Company Overview Ebac Industrial Products Inc. is a leading provider of industrial dehumidifiers throughout the United States, Canada, and South America. The company operates two sales and support offices, located in Williamsburg, Virginia, and Riverside, California. All products are manufactured in the United Kingdom, shipped to these facilities, distributed and supported from their respective locations. The parent company, Ebac Industrial Products Ltd., headquartered in the United Kingdom, brings more than 50 years of expertise in the design, development, and manufacture of industrial dehumidifiers. The organization is distinguished by its commitment to innovation and its ability to deliver solutions that address evolving market demands. Dehumidification can be achieved through either refrigeration‑based systems or adsorption (desiccant) dehumidifiers. Over the past 5-10 years, our portfolio of adsorption units has expanded substantially. We have now reached a stage where additional sales support is required to maintain our momentum and further strengthen our position in this growing market. We're seeking a talented and competitive Inside Sales Representative who thrives in a fast-paced, quick sales‑cycle environment. In this role, you'll play a key part in driving customer acquisition and revenue growth. You should be confident making outbound calls, collaborating with channel partners, generating interest, qualifying leads, and closing sales. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound sales calls with professionalism and technical accuracy. Provide product recommendations based on customer requirements and system specifications. Prepare quotations, process orders, and maintain CRM records. Collaborate with channel partners, manufacturers, and internal teams. Identify and qualify new sales opportunities. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Support customers with product information, availability, and application guidance. Qualifications Experience in inside sales, ideally within HVAC, mechanical, or technical industries. Strong understanding of HVAC equipment or willingness to learn quickly. Excellent communication, analytical, and problem‑solving skills. Ability to interpret technical information and explain it clearly to customers.
