This Customer Sales Representative role is perfect for someone who brings a friendly, organized approach to every sales and enrollment conversation. As a Customer Sales Representative, you'll be trained in customer engagement, wireless plan guidance, and sales techniques tied to AT&T mobile devices and data plans. The Customer Sales Representative will also be helping customers navigate device choices, supporting smooth enrollment experiences, and simplifying plan details. Core Functions of the Customer Sales Representative Engage in sales consultations to showcase how AT&T mobile devices and high-speed data plans revolutionize daily communication. Drive sales growth by articulating the specific benefits of the AT&T network, ensuring every customer finds a solution that fits their lifestyle. Master the enrollment process by guiding customers through their mobile options with clarity, turning technical choices into simple decisions. Build consumer confidence during the sales cycle by highlighting AT&T's unmatched network reliability and top-tier customer satisfaction ratings. Secure accurate customer information during the enrollment phase to ensure a professional, streamlined sales experience from the very first day. Perform dedicated follow-up outreach post-enrollment to confirm satisfaction and reinforce the value of their new AT&T wireless service.
