We help customers discover fragrances that match their personality and style through engaging, one-on-one consultations. Position Overview We are seeking energetic, outgoing, and motivated Direct Sales Associates who enjoy connecting with people and delivering exceptional customer experiences. This role focuses on actively engaging shoppers, demonstrating products, and converting conversations into sales. Responsibilities Approach and engage customers in a friendly and professional manner Conduct fragrance consultations to identify customer preferences Educate customers on our perfumes, body oils, and custom fragrance options Meet and exceed individual sales goals Build customer relationships and encourage repeat business Process transactions accurately and efficiently Maintain a clean, organized, and attractive kiosk/store environment Assist with inventory management and product restocking Qualifications Previous sales, retail, customer service, or direct sales experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable initiating conversations with new people Positive attitude and goal-oriented mindset Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Passion for fragrances, beauty, or luxury products is a plus Compensation & Benefits Competitive earnings of $18-$25 per hour including commission Uncapped commission opportunities Sales and product training provided Growth opportunities within a rapidly expanding fragrance company Fun, customer-focused work environment Ideal Candidate You enjoy meeting new people, thrive in a sales-driven environment, and are motivated by earning commissions based on your performance.
